Acting as the distraction to keep the precinct empty and the authorities away from the murder site of Gothamโs mayor at City Hall, Thorn played her part to perfection resulting in Ivy attaining the title of Gothamโs newest commissioner and Thorn, her sheriff. Baneโs failure forces them to split apart and go dark, awaiting to bloom once more.

While waiting for the heat from conquering Gothamโs police force to die down, Thorn reaches out to Belial โ a son of Trigon whomst previously shown interest in making Thorn is queen โ to use his part of Hell to hide.

There she was closed off to the rest of her sisters in a way sheโs never experienced before. This in conjunction with Belialโs club taking all of his free time, Thorn drowned in her loneliness. The first thing she did once obtaining a clear coast was reunite with her sisters. Which brought her to the site of Hazelโs death. A piece of Mars ( destroyed in #FORTHESTONES2 ) collasped a part of the sewer system in Gotham Hazel was using to avoid arrest.

This pain traveled with her back in time, resulting in Hazelโs rebirth being both her and Ivyโs main objective. Neither knew a strangerโs navigational error would be the key to Hazelโs resurrection โ an unexpected gift from a shape-shifting captain, leading the seaโs most rambunctious crew; one of his forms being a floran hybrid, capable of completing the circuit. Having Hazel back allowed them to return their island on course, carrying out a mission bestowed by the Parliament of Flowers: obtaining Hecateโs witchmark. Upon reaching Old Olympus, Ivy ( now equipped with a Star Sapphire ring ) uncovered Hecateโs temple, the home of her branding iron. The immense power of the Crone aspect nearly succeeded in tearing Thorn asunder if it hadnโt been for Rose & Hazelโs selfless sacrifices in the eleventh hour.

The love for her lost sisters gains Thorn her own Star Sapphire ring. Once learning of the destruction of the other emotional spectrum corps, the joint forces of the Witchmark and their lantern rings bring both to Sinestro in order to assure their loving recruitment process goes undistrubed. Ivy & Thorn planned on starting with their fallen family members, hence their Sinestro-assisted journey to Gourmet World. Yet before either could see the grimoire seeds to bloomation, Thorn & Ivy were double crossed in the midst of battle with 10K by Sinestro, sending the pair to Qward โ a planet in the anti-matter universe devoid of both plant life and magic.

After being awoken by Qwardian Weaponers, she uses their bodies as seeds of change, altering the Planet's inherent defiance to plant life, thus consequently. Meanwhile Gourmet World continued to feed her sisters in their seedlike states, resulting in Hazel's return to the physical realm. Rose's revival took more than Hazel could give which lead her to alerting Thorn and Ivy. A bridge was formed through the Green between their two worlds, allowing Ivy and Thorn entrance to Gourmet World once more. Their famial reunion earned the Witchmark two more wielders, while the journey home birthed a plan to resurrect the Earth's when she was happiest. After a magical debut performance at the Iceberg Lounge, the sistersโ effect didnโt stop at their starstruck audience. Unbeknownst to the general public, their song was a spell swathed in a sultry shroud; drawn from the power of their Witchmarks, sonic seeds were embedded in the heart of select concrete jungles nationwide. Following the final bow, a multitude of cities were plunged into an indomitable darkness due to the electronic silence each seed mystically demanded. Plantlife in the chosen urbanized capitals rejoiced, whether in the soil or trapped in containment, the flourishment they experienced was nondiscriminatory. As time continues to pass, the Earth will mend itself, thriving on the second chance of life itโs been given. That was until 10K managed to convince Rose and Hazel that human lives weren't expendable, thus forcing Thorn to join her sisters in dispelling their magic as Thorn could not sustain the spell by herself. Thorn rejected 10K's offer to join the Titans, leaving her sisters behind.

A week after Sporecoming, their mother's death still sat unresolved, causing Thorn to reach out to her sisters with instructions to meet her in New Orleans. All three were needed to usher Ivy's consciousness from the Green into Earth. Once Ivy rose again, Hazel and Rose's hastened departure left Thorn with more mixed feelings then she began with.
#ANIMOWORLD
The demons unleashed knew no bounds, even managing to reach Infinity Island; the home of the Demon's Head and where Thorn had been training under Lady Shiva since she'd seen her sisters last in New Orleans. Blinded with rage and confusion from these uncalled for mutations, she races to America in hopes of killing 10K once and for all. Along the way she encounters an unfriendly zombie, still pissed about Sporecoming's occurrence and the two fight. In this SL Thorn was exposed to Martian DNA, an Unknown species, and gained a traveling technique from the Japanese deity of Spring.
SIDE EFFECTS
Thorn contracts a psychic, martian disease. With no others from the Red Planet to advise her, she finally confides in Ivy about the additions in her DNA. Through the Green Ivy advises her on how to make the right herbal blend to get rid of the alien genetics within her. The tea cleanse lasted three weeks, consequently ending on the Spring Solstice. Although she was without her alien abilities, her connection with the Green still traveled beyond the stars, thus allowing communication and the manipulation of alien plants.

A mere touch from Thorn is able to transmutate organic flesh to floran at a molecular level. Sheโs able to use this ability on herself, commonly manifesting in the form of enlarged, thorned claws.
